We use these details only to process this application and to contact you about it. The form is delivered to the school's email inbox, where it is seen only by our admissions staff and the Head Teacher. Your details are never sold or used for marketing, and are protected in line with Rwanda's Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy.

How we use your information
  • What we collect: your child's name, date of birth, level and gender; your name, phone number and email; anything you add in the notes; and any documents you upload.
  • Why: to review the application, contact you by SMS and email about the decision, and prepare enrolment if your child joins.
  • Who sees it: admissions staff and the Head Teacher only. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
  • How it reaches us: the form is sent to the school's email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, which keeps a copy for up to 30 days. If you give an email address, you will also receive a confirmation copy.
  • How long we keep it: only as long as needed for admissions and school records, as required by law.
  • Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing irereroacademy17@gmail.com or calling +250 788 303 326.
